Our kind and magical Gratitude volunteers were very busy this week setting up our North Pole Grotto in time for Santa’s visit to the hub to greet our local children.

Our grotto was open over two days, we had 3 super Santa’s and 3 excited elves (p.s. don’t tell the kids!). Over 140 cute children were able to meet with Santa and his elves and tell them what they wished for this Christmas. They each received a present and a delicious treat.

Our two professional photographers took photos of every child with Santa, these will be ready for collection in the next few days.

Thank you to all who contributed to this event, our amazing Santa’s and Elves, grotto decorators, present wrappers, photographers, and everyone else who helped Santa. We wish all our hard working volunteers a very merry Christmas and restful break.

We appreciate the love and creativity that goes into these events to make it a special Christmas for our children.
